I believe that not stretching has caught up to me, My iliotibial band is a bit tight. It doesn't give me much pain but I can diffinatily feel it in my knee and hip, usually after I've been running for about 20 minutes.
I now stretch before and after a workout and I think its getting better.

Make sure to run at a slow pace for 5 minutes and then stretch because your muscles are warmed up. And remember when stretching never bounce!
Thanks for the advice. I usually walk briskly for ten minutes to warm up before I do anything else.
